How can I get rid of this combination lock? - master lock combination pick program

I moved into a new house and in my closet, there is a Master Lock combination lock attached to this platform. There is no way to lock the platform part, which I found just to get the castle, have automatically shut off. Is there a way to get the right mix somewhere? Or is it possible, we have the choice of a particular type of low-cost tool. I do not cut it, if need be. Suggestions?
